[mou] Lake Phalen, Ramsey County

Hi there were a few migrants on Lake Phalen, Sunday Morning, April 27th.  I counted 14 horned grebes, one DC cormorant, about 15 RB mergansers (12 were female) and a few mallards (about 5) on the east and north shores.
