[mou] Wilkie Unit MVNWR/Blue Lake Sewage Treatment Plant - 2/5/2008

Spent a couple hours this afternoon, walking at the Wilkie unit and checking out the Waterfowl from the North end of the Blue Lake Sewage Treatment Plant.  There was a nice mix of waterfowl at the treatment plant including the following:
Canvasback
Ring-necked Duck
Greater Scaup - Male
Ruddy Duck - Male, in winter plumage

Blue Lake - Wilkie Unit
Trumpeter Swan
Wood Duck - Male and Female
Gadwall - Aprox. 30
Hooded Merganser

Also at the Wilkie unit were 4 Red-tailed Hawks, but not a single song bird.
