[mou] Lost birds

Just an FYI, there are two falconry redtails that are lost in the Twin
Cities at the moment.  An adult was lost in Brooklyn Park last week and an
immature bird was lost Saturday.  If you see one of these birds it would be
appreciated if you could contact me and I will let the falconers know.  They
should still have their anklets on, though they may have pulled out the
jesses (leather straps) by now.
