Kyle, this is most likely Marcia. Marcia was hatched in 2002 from the Monticello Power Plant. Her tag ID is 42 over B. She has nested at the State Fair space needle in 2006 and 2007 but none of her eggs have successfully hatched. I caught Marcia on her prey, a pigeon, back at the end of November 2007 and got a lot of good pictures. On the St. Paul campus of the University of MN, I witnessed a Peregrine Falcon hunting pigeons, unsuccessfully I might add.  It then perched atop a building at the intersection of Gortner and Commonwealth.  This was at 8:00 this morning.  I'm at this location almost every day and have neve seen a Peregrine in the area.
