[mou] Duluth Snowy Owl and Bohemian Waxwings

Nate Popkin just called to report a Snowy Owl he saw this evening at 
the Duluth Port Terminal.  It was along the new paved road called 
Helberg Drive, which runs between Garfield Avenue and Port Terminal 
Drive.

Nate also saw a flock of about 100 Bohemian Waxwings on December 
30th, near the intersection of the Martin Road (CR 9) and Woodland 
Avenue.  I have not heard many reports of this species in the Duluth 
area for the past couple of weeks.
