[mou] Peregrine Falcons nesting Wells Fargo building

I know the Peregrine Falcon chick I got to name in Duluth this spring,
Shaheen, was banded by the people from the Raptor Resource Project..
http://www.raptorresource.org/  from what I know they run all over banding
Peregrines, could be them...

Does anyone know about the Falcon pair that is nesting on top of the  
Wells Fargo / ATT building at 494 and Xerxes?  Also was wondering if  
anyone knows the Ornithologists at the U of M that bands the chicks
