[mou] Killdeer- Anoka County

Spring has sprung?today, I?seen my first Killdeer of the year In a?field to the?west of Zeolite Ave. and just north of Norris lake Rd.?in Burns Township (Anoka County) just east of Elk River, It was with about 30 starlings and 5 horned larks.
