[mou] Olmsted County - Willets and Wilson's Phalaropes at South Landfill Reservoir

There were two Willets and a pair of Wilson's Phalaropes at the reservoir
south of the landfill tonight.  A scope is highly recommended.  A Red-necked
Grebe continues to hang around as well.  Sedge Wrens were also calling.
There had also been Bobolinks there earlier in the day.
