[mou] Louisiana Waterthrush in Carver County

This afternoon I found a Louisiana Waterthrush in southern Carver County at the Kelly Lakes Unit of the NWR.
There is a trail on the east side of Co. Rd. 40 just north of Hwy 25.  There is a lot of standing water near the trail offering good habitat for waterthrushes.
