[mou] Say's Phoebe and other birds

    Today was an excellent day in Big Stone and Lac Qui Parle Counties. These are the highlights: 
* Say's Phoebe in Big Stone NWR about four tenths of a mile west of the intersection of 15 and 40. The bird was seen at the wayside about 50 yards up the hill from the bathroom. 
* 23 shorebirds total (including an Avocet on 75).
* 16 warblers 
* Common Moorhen near 15 and 40 ( heard only).
* Ferruginous Hawk seen in same location as last year.
* 132 species total for the trip.
