[mou] New Life(r) in Maple Grove

Searching the tree tops in my local woods with my wife and she spots  
an odd bird up high and she thinks it is a yellow-rump.  I look and  
look and look and it just didn't behave like the jaunty, frenetic,  
domineering YRs that I have seen.  It was festidiously feeding on just  
one area of a tree and covering every oblate leaf and cranny - only  
moving to get to the next cluster.  Hard to see but finally there she  
is!!!!  My first Northern Parula!!!!!!  Another lifer for the  
bespectacled, gray goateed Maple Grovian of recent marriage fame!

What a great year!  And my wife's seeing all my lifers for me at 30+  
years of birding all in her 4th year of birding!  Ain't love grand?
