[mou] Common Moorhen/Otter Tail Co

A Common Moorhen is being seen in central Otter Tail County.  It has  
been seen for each of the last three days.  At this location, the  
bird cannot be seen from a public road, and a little bushwhacking  
across private property is involved.

862-5594 or email, and we'll give you additional information (this is  
at the request of the owner).  Sorry to be so "Secret Agent" about  
this, but private property and absentee owners are involved here.
