[mou] Correct EUWI Location

No biggie but for those of you driving-in from out of the area to see the Hennepin County EUWI, take note that "North Anderson Lake" is in Eden Prairie, not Bloomington.  The GE Finance building on 78th Street, where you'll park your car, also has an Eden Prairie address.
