[mou] White-winged Crossbills (Goodhue & Wabasha counties)

I went to Hok-so-la park this morning to look for the crossbills  
Dedrick reported yesterday and was lucky to get a few flying over but  
couldn't find any in the spruce trees - which are north, not west of  
the parking lot.

I also found a large flock in Wabasha county south of the DNR offices  
south of Lake City. There were at least 30 that flew in and started  
feeding in the spruce trees.
