[mou] mou-net is down

We have a problem with the moumn.org ISP.  They switched machines on us and didn't do the work needed to get everything working.  I'm trying to get things up by sending them messages, but it seems very slow.

This message is sent from my personal email server.  I'll send out a message as soon as mou-net is back in operation.  We have no estimated time when it will be back up.
