[mou] Cass County Birds

Tundra Swan numbers are building at Lake Winnie. 200 birds were seen yesterday, mostly
near the Painted Turtle campsite.  Also at Painted Turtle were 3 Black Scoters.  One adult
male Surf Scoter was with a mixed group of waterfowl near Denny's Resort.
