Individual first observed by Kathi Berdan Wednesday morning on 9400 block of Congdon Blvd (North Shore Scenic Drive).  Apparently attracted by dogwood and mountain ash berries along the One True Lake.  

Bird was distressed.  Right leg not functional.  Body visibly shaking and teetering while perching.

Last seen at 9:35 a.m. Wednesday, flying northeast along the shore toward McQuade Safe Harbor.
