[mou] Scisso-tailed Flycatcher in Brookins, SD

For those who may not get the SD list, there is  a Scissor-tailed  
Flycatcher 1 mile NE of Brookings SD on HWY 14 just over the MN  
border. It is a beautiful adult bird, tail feathers and all, and in  
full breeding plumage.

It has been around about a week according to the lady whose land it is  
on.
