[mou] First SNOWY OWL

Greetings:

Gordon and Artis Maertinson, Breckenridge, reported to me yesterday, that while birding at the Breckenridge Lagoon or sewage pond, they saw a SNOWY OWL fly into the east edge,. along the road.  It watched them as they drove off.
