[mou] 600 Franklin's Gulls ~ Hennepin Co.

There was a significant number of Franklin's Gulls that migrated over Wood Lake in Hennepin County today.  As I was crossing over the boardwalk I observed a steady stream of 600+ Franklin's Gulls from 12:30 - 13:00.
