[rba] [mou] Swallow-tailed Kite not present

[rba at moumn.org]

Myself and several others looked for the Swallow-tailed Kite near  
Madelia this morning with no success. Ron Erpelding had been looking  
for the bird since 6:30 AM, and by the time I left at 9:00 AM no one  
had seen it. Perhaps it has departed the area.
