[rba] [mou] Pine County trip - Western Tanager

[rba at moumn.org]

I blanked on a really unique bird seen on this trip, but it was nto seen
by me. A female Western Tanager was along the net lake road, in the
company of a female Scarlet Tanager. I was in the wrong place at the
wrong time, without my binos, so I missed it - my nemesis bird for MN.
