[rba] [mou] [mnbird] Burrowing Owl Still Present Clay County

Hi,
 
I saw the B. Owl this morning at around 9:45 at the previously recorded location. (Thank you Connie)
 
Also, two days ago, I had a western kingbird on the wires in front of the gas station in Foxhome, MN (Wilkin County)
