[rba] [mou] Summer Tanager still present in Two Harbors

Sharon and I relocated the female Summer Tanager late this afternoon 
in the wooded alley north of the 200 block of 4th Avenue in Two 
Harbors.  Yesterday the bird was seen four blocks way on South 
Avenue, so it is covering quite a large area.
