[rba] [mou] Snowy Owl in Douglas County

John Ellis found a Snowy Owl in Douglas County today. The bird was in a
willow tree on the edge of Clifford Lake, south of Osakis about a mile and a
half, past the sewage ponds on Clifford Lake Rd. East side of the Road.
