[rba] [mou] Cook County - Black Scoters, Snow Buntings

My wife and I are spending a few days in Grand Marais.  We just got back from the campground where we saw a huge flock of Snow Buntings.  There were at least 150 of them.

We also saw 3 Black Scoters and 1 Common Goldeneye in the harbor.
