[rba] [mou] Summer Tanager in Two Harbors, Lake Co.

At 10 am today a female Summer Tanager flew out of some shrubs in my 
backyard in downtown Two Harbors.  I am at 320 2nd Avenue, and I last 
saw the bird in the alley behind my garage.
