'Rare Regular' in Minnesota - Five or fewer records in Morrison County for the Winter season

Spotted towhee coming to the feeders of Steve & Marilyn Emerson. It was first observed around noon today. The bird has only been observed once. If it decides to stick around, we may allow more people to come see it.
