'Accidental' in Minnesota - Five or fewer records in Polk County for the Winter season

Heidi Hughes first noted this bird at her feeders Sunday afternoon, and it continues at least until midmorning December 11 when I took this photo. The bird was doing quite well despite the -32 degree F windchill this morning; it was alert, feeding actively, and flying around between feeders.
