'Rare Regular' in Minnesota - Five or fewer records in Nobles County for the Spring season

Don Kienholz first spotted this Say's Phoebe in Worthington. To reach the location, go N 0.5 mile from I-90 on U S Hwy 59 to 240th St, then E 0.5 mile on 240th to the settling ponds and water treatment plant. The bird was foraging from the fence lines here along both sides of the road.
