'Casual' in Minnesota - Five or fewer records in Dakota County for the Spring season

On Jan. 18 at 2:00 P.M. Jim Mattsson found this female perched on a wire with a small group of Cedar Waxwings near the intersection of 175th St. E and Presley Circle in Ravenna Township. From Ravenna Trail (Hi 54) go west on 175th for 0.4 miles. It was still presnent Jan. 19 at the same location. Look for waxwing flocks and also check the crabapple trees located 0.5 miles north on Polk Ave which is the first intersection to the west.
