'Rare Regular' in Minnesota - Five or fewer records in Blue Earth County for the Spring season

Adult bird in breeding (alternate) plumage at Cobb River/Perch Lake WPA. The bird spent most of the time at the WPA along the dead end road on the west side of Perch Lake but was also relocated on the lake itself.
