'Rare Regular' in Minnesota - Five or fewer records in Sherburne County for the Summer season

I found the bird at around 11 am this morning. It was among a herd of cows in the area fenced for conservation grazing along the Prairie Drive at the Sherburne Wildlife Refuge.
