'Accidental' in Minnesota - Five or fewer records in Hennepin County for the Fall season

Continuing Neotropic Cormorant at Richfield Lake Park, presumably the same bird first found here 3 June and now in its 84th day. A second individual was seen on seven days from 19 July to 11 Aug., but has not been reported since.
