Uncommon in Rice County in the Winter season

White on white. This is surely the same bird I first found and reported two weeks ago. Today I first encountered him along Kane Ave just north of 190th St. I watched as he took off to the southwest. I could barely see him against the white of the snow and the sky on this heavily overcast day. Ron Erpelding refound him about 30" later on Jacobs Ave south of 190th, which is where this photo was taken.
