'Accidental' in Minnesota - First record for Mille Lacs County

First observed and identified by Tom Jones while fishing in eastern part of Wahkon Bay on Mille Lacs Lake. Soared in our vicinity for 10 minutes, often within a couple hundred feet. Closest observation was 50 feet when it swooped to take a fish. Large dark bird, long pointed wings, long forked tail. white throat/chest. Moderately long hooked bill.
