'Rare Regular' in Minnesota

Found in Pond Dakota Mission Park in the same area that others have been seeing the Solitaire since late Nov or early Dec. From parking lot, go west, over creek, to the valley with cedars. This was my third visit. Other birders leaving told me where they had seen it 10 minutes earlier. I found it in the same spot, above a leaning cedar tree on the south side of the trail. Did not hear it. I know the lighting in the photo is not ideal. Things that look right: overall size, bill size, color of eye, and overall coloring.
