'Rare Regular' in Minnesota

Seen at Park Point, Duluth, near the dune bridge closest to the airport with a shorebird flock consisting of Sanderlings, Ruddy Turnstones and Dunlin. I believe this to likely be the same bird first reported being seen here on 24 May by Larry and Jan Kraemer.
