'Casual' in Minnesota - Five or fewer records in Hennepin County for the Summer season

Once again an adult Neotropic Cormorant has returned to Richfield Lake Park in Richfield, Hennepin County for the 4th consecutive summer. Its smaller, thinner size, v-shaped gular pouch bordered by white narrow feathers, and a few small filo plumes make it distinguishable from all the other DCCO that occupy the same colony island.
