'Rare Regular' in Minnesota - Five or fewer records in Cook County for the Summer season

Female Harlequin Duck previously spotted by other birders on Lake Superior near the harbor in Grand Marais. We easily found it near the dock just past the lighthouse, associating with Canada geese and Mallards.
