Neotropic Cormorant in Hennepin County

'Accidental' in Minnesota - Five or fewer records in Hennepin County for the Fall season

I observed this Neotropic Cormorant at Wood Lake Nature Center early this morning roosting in a dead tree with 6 DCCO. This is the first time I have seen one at this location, all previous sightings have been at Richfield Lake Park.
