Cackling Goose in Rice County

Common in Rice County in the Fall season

A few of the Cackling Geese hanging out in Northfield the last week or so. These were on the ponds in Jefferson Parkway Wetlands. A few days ago I counted 19 on Superior Drive Pond (only about 200 yds. away).
