'Casual' in Minnesota

This adult California Gull was photographed at the Superior Entry in Duluth on 23 November 2010, when it was seen flying across the state line from Wisconsin into Minnesota, where it perched on the Minnesota side breakwall. Although I initially assumed this was the same adult California Gull spotted here on 12 November 2010, it was not until 26 November while sorting through gull photos that I discovered this is a different individual.
