Great Egret in Beltrami County

Uncommon in Beltrami County in the Spring season

There were 4 great egrets on Lake Bemidji April 9. They were near the inlet of the Mississippi River. The last time I saw any numbers (well, any, actually) of great egrets in the area was in 2013, -the "latest" spring around here this century. 2023 isn't far behind 2013 so the question is whether there is any correlation.
