Occasional in Pipestone County in the Spring season

I enjoyed watching this ruddy turnstone at the Pipestone WTP yesterday evening. Also present was an American avocet and the continuing white-winged scoter. Note: Entry into these ponds requires a permit from the City. This is new as of last year.
