'Rare Regular' in Minnesota - Five or fewer records in Hennepin County for the Spring season

Not sure who the original observer is but this loon is still at Lake Nokomis this morning. Highly cropped photo of what seems to match Sibley's description of a first summer bird, out in the middle of the lake.
