'Rare Regular' in Minnesota

Probably a continuation first spotted by Steve Carlson on Meadow Lake. Sighting occurred on Bde Maka Ska, where the species was previously unreported on ebird. Checklist here https://ebird.org/checklist/S136387092 Bruce Fall requested I add a picture to this website to accompany the ebird record.
