'Casual' in Minnesota - First record for Meeker County

Seen on 180th St., west of MN 22 south of Litchfield, MN: about 1 mile west on 180th on the north side of road, in the corn field pot hole next to the big slough. It was hanging around by the east side of the pot hole.
