'Accidental' in Minnesota - Five or fewer records in Dakota County for the Fall season

First seen and reported by Elizabeth Tiller. Sub-adult male seen staging in vegetation prior to landing on feeders at the "Anna's Hummingbird Stakeout Spot" near Farmington on Wednesday afternoon. Thank you, Elizabeth, for allowing members of the birding community to enter the yard in order to get better looks at this rarity.
