Uncommon in Anoka County in the Winter season

This is one of a group of at least a dozen Cedar Waxwings hawking bugs (upper right corner of photo) at Mississippi West Regional Park on December 7, 2023. They were about half a mile east of the boat ramp parking lot, north of the paved path.
